This piece was originally part of the 2022 exhibition, I’m not trying to change your mind. Painted by Stewart Milne using acrylic paint and sealed with Nitrocellulose lacquer.
The guitar is a 1960’s Japanese Teisco. It has been restored to great playing shape by the famous Flip Scipio (Paul Simon, Ry Cooder, and more). Fitted with the rare Guyatone Goldfoil pickup. The bridge base is a piece of ebony from a Shipwreck off the coast of Massachusetts. New nut, frets and a sound both unique and familiar all at once.
